Q1: Why does the connection to the device fail?
1) Make sure your network (Wi-Fi/Hotspot) and the device are within 3 meters.
2) Make sure Bluetooth and location services are enabled on your phone and location permission is allowed for the app.
3) Check if the Wi-Fi feature is enabled on your device.
4) If the device's Wi-Fi function is turned on for more than 3 minutes without establishing a connection, please turn it on again.
5) You may have entered the Wi-Fi password incorrectly. Please re-enter it.
6) Your device may be connected to a 5G Wi-Fi. Please connect to a 2.4G Wi-Fi.
7) Your device may have been connected by another user. Please unpair and reconnect.
8) If you just performed a software update, unbind and reconnect the device.
Q2: Does the phone's location always have to be turned on?
Not required. The phone location only needs to be turned on when connecting the device. It will not affect the control of the app via the device if the phone location is turned off after the successful connection.
Q3: How to rename the device?
Method①: When the device is successfully connected to the network via "Detect Nearby Devices" or "Add by Scanning QR Code", you can click the "Change" icon in the pop-up interface to rename it.
