Q1. Why do we need to install a balcony PV system?

Q2. Why does the device stop when the battery capacity drops to 3%?

To protect battery power, when battery capacity is ≤ 5%, the AC output will be cut off in off-grid mode; when battery capacity is ≤ 3%, the DC&USB outputs will be cut off in off-grid mode; when battery capacity is ≤ 10%, the on-grid output will be cut off in on-grid mode.


Q3. Which solar modules is the power station compatible with?

This product has an input voltage range of 18-100V, and you can freely combine solar panels according to your needs and the size of the installation area. Note: No matter how many solar panels are connected in series, the total open circuit voltage when connected in series must be less than 96V. This product has an intelligent temperature control system, built-in fans help our product maintain better cooling and safe use, a slight noise is normal during use or charging.

Q5. Can I charge this power station while a device is connected?

This depends on whether you are in off-grid or on-grid mode.
In off-grid mode, the device supports simultaneous charging and discharging, and you can charge other devices while charging this power station.
In grid-tied mode, the AC charging function and the grid-tied function cannot be used at the same time because the input and output terminals are the same.



Q6. Can the device be used to jump start a car?

No, it cannot be used to jump start a vehicle.
However, it can be used as a power source for cars. With a power cable sold separately, the car can be charged.


Q7. Why does the output of the device automatically turn off after a certain period of time when the power consumption is low?

The standby time and output power can be set in the app to prevent the battery from being consumed if the output is forgotten to be turned off during use. If the detected output power of the inverter remains continuously ≤ the set ECO power during the set ECO time, the system will automatically enter the inverter standby mode. For example, the ECO power is set to 5W and the time is set to 5 minutes. In this case, the system will automatically enter the inverter standby mode if the AC output power remains continuously ≤ 5W for 5 minutes.
If the detected output power of the DC and USB ports remains continuously ≤ 3 W during the set time, the system will automatically turn off the DC and USB switches.
For example, if the time is set to 01 hour 00 minutes, the system will automatically turn off the USB or DC switch when the output power of the USB or DC port remains ≤ 3W continuously for 1 hour.

Q8. Is this power station waterproof?

No, please DO NOT store it in a humid environment for a long time. Please store it in a dry and cool place.


Q9. Can I use or charge this power station in sub-zero temperatures?

The temperature ranges for this power station are as follows:
AC Charging: 0℃-40℃(32℉-104℉); Discharging: -10℃-40℃(14℉-104℉); Storage: -20℃-60℃(-4℉-140℉).
Technically, it is possible to operate electrical devices under these conditions.
