1. Shipping area
We currently offer free shipping within Germany.
2. Shipping costs and delivery times
After the order is confirmed, the processing and shipping time is usually 1-2 business days. The standard delivery time is 3-7 business days. The exact delivery time depends on the delivery location and the shipping speed of the logistics company.
Please note that due to the lithium-ion batteries contained in the energy storage units, air transport is not possible for safety reasons, so shipping is only possible via ground transport. Extreme weather conditions or other unforeseeable factors may cause delays.
3. Shipping methods
We use FedEx as our primary logistics partner. After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details and tracking number. A signature is not required upon delivery. For special requirements, please contact FedEx Customer Service at: 1-800-463-3339.
4. Delivery address
Please make sure that the address you provide is correct. Once the order is placed, the address cannot be changed. If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you immediately to arrange re-delivery.
5. Shipping information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number. If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped in multiple packages that do not arrive at the same time. If you do not receive your order within the expected time, please contact us at support @allweipower .com .
6. Order cancellation
You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped and receive a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, immediate cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can request a return and refund after receiving the goods.
